New York-01/19/2012- Dr. Aye Kyaw-76-was passed away by lung cancer during the doctor cured his disease at the place of Maimonides Medical Center. He was suffering over one month ago. He left his wife, three daughters and three sons.

WAO-HQ-NYC- 12/18/2011- World Arakanese Organization (WAO), Headed by Dr. Aye Chan, will award as  the Prize and Honoring for Outstanding Students  who passed the higher Grade of 10 class of High School in Arakan  for 2010-2011 educational year. The Prize will be offered through Rakhine Thahaya Association.

New York City, N.Y.- 12/09/2011- Over one hundred fifty of protesters marched on NY’s 6th Ave-1120 Avenue of the America-that is the place where BBC Worldwide America is situated. The demonstrators arrived afternoon at Bryant Park and marched to BBC Worldwide America Office at 3p.m. led by Arakanese community in NYC.
